Michel Arsenault has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Michel started their career as a Research Assistant at the Vision and Numerical System Lab at Laval University in 1995. Michel then moved on to work as a Hardware Engineer at Anillusion Technologies in 1996. In 1997, they joined Lyrtech RD Inc. as a Hardware Engineer and later took on roles as R&D Project Director and R&D Director.
In 2012, Michel became the R&D Director at Nutaq and stayed there for a year. Michel then joined Labvolt/Festo Didactic in 2013 as a Product Development Engineer before transitioning to AddÉnergie Technologies Inc. in 2014 as the Director of Product Development.
Currently, Michel works at Probewell Lab Inc. since 2016, where they started as a Product Development Engineer and later became the CTO. Probewell Lab is a company that designs and manufactures high accuracy measurement instruments for power utilities.
Michel Arsenault received their secondary education from Petit Séminaire de Québec, where they obtained a DES degree. Michel then attended Champlain Regional College (St-Lawrence Campus) from 1988 to 1990, pursuing a degree in Pure and Applied Science. Following that, they enrolled at Université Laval from 1990 to 1994, where they completed their B.Sc. in Computer Engineering.
