Peggy Paper

Peggy Paper is an experienced technology professional currently serving as the Director of Cross Domain Solutions and Program Manager at Probity Inc. since October 2017, overseeing a $19M contract with a team of 55 members. Peggy has a strong background in software engineering, having previously developed an AWS Cloud-based Entitlement Management system as a Senior Software Engineer. Prior roles include Senior Software Engineer at Advanced System Engineering Corporation, IT Architect at InCadence Strategic Solutions, Program Manager at Boeing, and Senior Principal Software Engineer at General Dynamics Information Technology. Peggy holds a Master of Technology Management and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, both from George Mason University.
