Thomas Souder has over 20 years of work experience in the field of basketball coaching and leadership. Thomas started their career in 1988 as an Assistant Men Basketball Coach at The Ohio State University, where they worked until 1992. From 1992 to 1998, they served as an Assistant Men Basketball Coach at the University of Hartford. In 1998, they joined Eastern Kentucky University as an Assistant Men Basketball Coach until 2000.
In 2000, Thomas took on multiple roles at ProCamps®, including being the Leader and Director and Assistant Camp Director. Thomas continued to work at ProCamps® until the present day, although the end dates for their roles are not specified.
In the same year, they also joined Worthington Schools as the Dean Of Students and Basketball Coach, a position they held until 2022. Throughout their career, Thomas Souder has demonstrated their passion for basketball coaching and leadership in various roles, gaining valuable experience in the field.
Thomas Souder holds a Masters Degree in The Psychological and Social Aspects of HPER, which they obtained from The Ohio State University between 1988 and 1990. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics Teacher Education from Bluffton University, where they studied from 1974 to 1978.
