Tyrone Jones II has an extensive and diverse work experience. Starting in 2005, they worked as a School-Age Programs Supervisor and then as a Director at CCLC. Following that, they held the role of Director at Knowledge Universe/Childrens' Creative Learning Centers, where they provided visionary leadership, managed operations, and exceeded bottom-line targets. In 2009, Tyrone founded Jones 2 Athletics, a sports performance coaching business focused on skills development and character building for young athletes. Additionally, they worked as a Coach/Independent Contractor at ProCamps Worldwide and served as an Advisory Board Member at Team Esface. In 2015, Tyrone joined Soccer Shots Bay Area as the Director, responsible for operations, leadership development, and driving top-line growth. Tyrone successfully increased employee retention, implemented training programs, and facilitated regional trainings. In 2020, they became the Director of Partnerships at TechLX, where they developed and strengthened relationships with education partners. Most recently, in 2021, Tyrone took on the role of Football Coach, specializing in Receivers and Defensive Backs, at Menlo-Atherton High School.

Tyrone Jones II received their Bachelor's degree in Child Development from California State University, Fresno, from 1997 to 2000. Tyrone also obtained several additional certifications, including a US Soccer Federation "F" License from the United States Soccer Federation in July 2015, a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in February 2017, and a First Aid / CPR certification from EMS Safety in February 2017.
