Monica Corral has extensive experience in call center management, currently serving as Call Center Manager at Pro Caps Laboratories since June 2006. Prior to this role, Monica worked as Assistant Operations Manager at Teleweb Marketing from July 2004 to March 2006, where responsibilities included training call center personnel with new outsourcing materials, monitoring chat response accuracy, assisting in the hiring and interviewing processes, and reviewing call center schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
