Colleen Andrew

Colleen Andrew has extensive experience in vocational service provision and injury management, currently serving as the National CTP Portfolio Manager, National Technical Specialist, and Senior Assessment Specialist/National Account Manager at Procare Group since January 2016. Responsibilities include managing relationships with key insurer accounts, conducting various assessments, and providing training on claims strategies in Life Insurance, CTP, and Accident and Health sectors. Prior to Procare, Colleen worked as Principal Consultant at Applied Innovative Services, advising on injury management strategies and performing assessments nationally. Colleen also held the position of Senior Occupational Therapist, providing expert medical services and assessments in various industries. Earlier experience at Medibank Health Solutions involved return-to-work and rehabilitation consulting. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of South Australia.
