Rebecca Joseph

Rebecca Joseph has over 17 years of work experience in the insurance industry. Rebecca'smost recent role was as the Head of Commercial Claims at Procare Claims & Risk, where they started in July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at the same company as a Commercial Loss Adjuster from November 2017 to July 2021. Before joining Procare Claims & Risk, they worked at BT as a Technical Claims Team Manager in the General Insurance division from February 2016 to April 2017. Rebecca also gained experience as a Technical Case Manager for Earthquake claims at Vero Insurance New Zealand from January 2015 to January 2016. Rebecca started their career at IAG New Zealand in 2004, where they held various roles including Claims Collections Officer from January to December 2014, Loss Adjuster from August 2011 to December 2013, Debt Recovery Officer from July 2010 to August 2011, NZI Broker Claims Consultant from April 2007 to July 2010, and State Insurance Claims Advisor from August 2004 to April 2007.

Rebecca Joseph completed their education at The Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance. Rebecca obtained an ANZIIF Senior Associate CIP degree in General Insurance from 2008 to 2010, an Associate CIP degree in General Insurance from 2005 to 2007, and a Senior Associate CIP degree in Loss Adjusting starting in 2012.
