Chuck Frazier

Chuck Frazier is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in software development and architecture. Currently serving as the VP of Research and Development at ProCare Rx since January 2017, Chuck has focused on technology updates to .Net and microservices. Previous roles include working as a Software Engineer for the Tennessee Valley Authority, and owning Frazier Software Solutions LLC, where custom websites for small businesses were developed using the Microsoft technology stack. Chuck has also held significant positions at companies like True North Custom as Software Development Manager/Architect, BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee as a .Net Architect Consultant, and Schneider Electric as a Senior Engineer.
