Joel Joseph

Joel Joseph is an experienced software development leader currently serving as Vice President of Software Development at ProCare Rx since September 2017. Prior roles include Software Development Manager at SOLTECH, Inc. in 2017 and Senior Director of Software Development at Colibrium from 2009 to 2017, where responsibilities included directing the software development team, contributing to product architecture, and managing multiple technical delivery managers.
