Kimberly Foster

Kimberly Foster, MBA, has extensive experience in technical account management and customer support within the healthcare industry. Currently serving as Director of Technical Account Management and previously as Director EDI and EDI Manager at ProCare Rx since September 2014, Kimberly oversees data service operations and manages team scheduling and daily data activities. Prior to this role, Kimberly worked at McKesson from February 2001 to September 2014 as Customer Support Manager, focusing on enhancing employee morale, customer satisfaction, and workflow processes while maintaining a strong Voice of Customer score. Kimberly holds a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management from American InterContinental University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Shorter University.
