Courtney Iversen

Courtney Iversen is a highly skilled educational professional with extensive experience in implementation management, instructional design, and teaching. Currently serving as Lead Implementation Manager at Procare Solutions since July 2023, Courtney has successfully developed processes for cross-functional teams and created valuable learning resources to enhance customer success. Previously, as a Client Implementation Specialist at Procare Solutions, responsibilities included managing customer onboarding and innovating processes to improve the client experience. Prior roles include Director of Storytelling & Instructional Design at The Ad Learning Exchange, where Courtney led the revision of e-learning courses and implemented impactful content strategies, as well as positions as a Math Teacher in various educational institutions. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Saint Mary's College and multiple certificates in Learning Experience Design and Adult Education from Louisiana State University.
