Gregory Wilson has extensive experience in technical support and management within the telecommunications and customer service industries. Currently serving as a Technical Support professional at Procare Software since November 2010, Gregory focuses on resolving customer software issues. Prior experience includes roles at iPass Inc from July 2001 to November 2009, where responsibilities grew from Customer Support Executive to Manager of Broadband Implementation Services, overseeing network upgrades for Fortune 1000 and 2000 companies and managing vendor relations. Earlier, Gregory worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Affinity Internet and as a Food and Beverage Manager at Nieuport 17, where management of a high-profile restaurant was key. Gregory holds a degree in Networking and Computer Science from the Computer Education Institute and completed college preparatory studies at Wentworth.
