Peter Kollings

Peter Kollings has over 25 years of experience in various quality management roles. Peter currently serves as the Director of Quality Systems and Post Market Surveillance at PROCEPT BioRobotics. Prior to this, they were the Sr. Director of Quality Assurance at Orthofix, where they were responsible for developing and improving the company's Quality Management System and serving as the primary contact for regulatory bodies.

Before joining Orthofix, Kollings worked at EMED Technologies Corporation as the Director of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance. In this role, they oversaw the development and implementation of the company's Quality Management System and supported product design and validation efforts.

In earlier positions, Kollings served as the Audit and Compliance Manager at FDI Collateral Management, where they managed the company's compliance department and implemented an internal inspection program. Peter also worked as a Quality Engineer at Connetics, directing customer complaint handling programs and conducting root cause analysis.

Kollings began their career at Avocet Medical, Inc. as a Quality Assurance Specialist, investigating non-conformances and performing inspections. Peter also worked as a Quality Assurance Chemist at LifeScan, where their responsibilities included software qualification and batch record review.

Throughout their career, Kollings has demonstrated expertise in quality systems development, regulatory compliance, and process improvement.

Peter Kollings holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology from the University of the Pacific. In addition to their academic degree, they have obtained several certifications including Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence, Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Certified Quality Engineer, and Regulatory Affairs Certified.
