Andrea Fernández has worked in a variety of customer service roles since 2015. Andrea began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Telvista, then moved to American Express in 2017 as a Collections Agent. In 2018, they became a Customer Service Representative at AT&T, followed by two customer service roles at Hootsuite in 2019 - Enterprise Customer Advocate and Customer Care Advocate. Most recently, they have been a Junior Customer Support Specialist at Process Street since 2022.

Andrea Fernández is currently enrolled in Universidad Tecnológica de México. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications from Hootsuite, the Hootsuite Enterprise Certification in November 2020 and the Hootsuite Platform Certification in October 2019.
