Ruta L.

Ruta L. is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Partnerships and Country Manager at ELDYcare, overseeing the digital management of care plans for the elderly. In parallel, Ruta holds a position in New Ventures at PROCESSA, specializing in business process automation through Siemens Mendix. As Co-Chair of the Alumni Council at the Baltic-American Freedom Foundation, Ruta fosters a global community of Baltic-born alumni. Memberships include Global Women in VC and Astia. Previously, Ruta contributed to Invest Lithuania as a Project Manager and Senior Investment Advisor for ICT and Healthcare, developing sales strategies and standardizing processes. Additional experience includes roles at GrayBella Capital as Principal, NOBULL PROJECT as Operations Manager, and Montague Folding Bikes as a Marketing Specialist. Ruta holds a Master of Science in International Management and Marketing from ISM University and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management from Vilnius Gediminas Technical University.
