Giovani Lopez

Giovani Lopez has a diverse work experience in various roles. Giovani started their career as a Software Developer at ADMINISTRADORA BOLIVIANA DE CARRETERAS in 2012. In 2013, they joined ProcessMaker as a Training Lead, where they developed e-learning solutions and handled corporate training planning and delivery. Giovani then transitioned to the role of Documentation & Training Manager, responsible for managing corporate training, technical documentation production, and social media/community management. Giovani's next role at ProcessMaker was the Training Manager, where they managed corporate training, planning, and delivery, as well as marketing content production. Currently, they hold the position of Lead Business Process Engineer at ProcessMaker, coordinating the analysis, redesign, and refactoring of business processes.

Giovani Lopez earned an Engineer's Degree in Information Technology from Universidad Mayor de San Andrés in 2012. In 2017-2018, they pursued a Postgraduate degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from the same university. Giovani also has several certifications, including becoming a ProcessMaker Certified Trainer in 2013 and obtaining certifications in ProcessMaker Process Architecture and Process Designer in December 2022. Additionally, they completed an Introduction to BPMN course in November 2022.
