Alex McCaslin

Alex McCaslin is currently theDirector of Finance at ProCircular. Prior to that, they served as the Lead Staff Accountant for Kinseth Hospitality Companies from December 2007 to October 2013. In that role, they were responsible for month-end processing, journal entries, payroll review and preparation, bank recs, financial statements, misc. entries, accruals, closing revenue, and data entry. Alex also prepared tax invoices, filed sales/use tax, and hotel tax for multiple states. Additionally, they provided hotel and vendor accounting support, assisted with the training of new employees, and helped supervise 3 employees.

From October 2013 to August 2016, Alex was the Cost Accoutant for Servpro of Iowa City/Coralville/Ottumwa/Oskaloosa. In that role, they oversaw cost control of mitigation and construction jobs, maintained scope of costs for all work and cost analysis for the owner, and worked closely with the owner on progress and direction of operations/business decisions. Alex also performed additional duties of billing, receivables, insurance claims, construction accounting, ordering materials, operations, production, managerial duties, etc.

Alex McCaslin has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Kaplan University. Alex also has an Associate in Business from Kirkwood Community College. Alex McCaslin is certified from LinkedIn in Foundations of Cybersecurity, from the Institute of Management Accountants in Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and from Quickbooks Accounting in QuickBooks Certified User.

They work with Patrick Quinn - Director of Sales & Marketing, Brandon Potter - CTO, and Joshua Resch - Manager of Defensive Cyber Operations. Alex McCaslin reports to Aaron Warner, CEO.
