Mark Cornelius

Mark Cornelius is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in process automation and control systems. Since 2012, Mark has served as a Senior Systems Engineer at Proconex, focusing on design, development, and implementation of solutions, particularly with Emerson Process Management's RAS Open Enterprise SCADA. Prior to this role, Mark worked as a Process Engineer at Vigon International, Inc. from 2009 to 2012, where responsibilities included equipment maintenance, plant operations, and project management. Mark began a career as a Technical Solutions Engineer at National Starch and Chemical from 2007 to 2008, supporting technical needs across a five-state territory in the industrial adhesives sector. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering - Fuel Science from Penn State University, achieved in 2006.
