Benjamin Singer

Benjamin Singer is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and governance. Currently serving as the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Procore Technologies since April 2019, Benjamin has previously held prominent positions, including General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Blue Apron, and Vice President, Associate General Counsel at Gilt Groupe. Benjamin's legal career began at Kirkland & Ellis LLP as a Senior Associate in private equity and mergers & acquisitions, followed by an associate role at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where expertise in venture capital and corporate finance was developed. Additionally, Benjamin has experience as a research assistant and teaching assistant during academic tenure at The University of Texas, where Benjamin earned a J.D. and previously obtained a B.A. in Philosophy and Religious Studies from Indiana University Bloomington.
