Yesenia G. is the current Gerente de operaciones at Banco ProCredit Ecuador, overseeing operational administrative processes, including payment methods, compensation clearing, transfers, back office, document management, and transactional fraud since August 2022. Previously, Yesenia held the position of Jefe de Proyectos y Procesos, managing project implementation and claims service until August 2021, and served as Supervisor de Calidad y Procesos, focusing on customer complaints resolution and service quality improvements. Yesenia holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Innovation from Universidad Internacional del Ecuador, a Diplomado in Project Management with a PMP emphasis from Universidad de Las Américas, and a degree in Financial Engineering from UNIVERSIDAD UTE.
