Florian Bivolaku

Florian Bivolaku is a Human Resources and Training Specialist at ProCredit Bank Kosova since October 2021, where responsibilities include managing the Training Center and coordinating staff activities to support organizational goals. Previously held roles include Internal Services Officer, overseeing internal functions and managing contracts with bank contractors, and participation in an Onboarding Programme, successfully delivering research projects and presentations. Academic involvement includes serving as a Student Senator at Universiteti i Prishtinës "Hasan Prishtina," and as Vice President of the General Assembly for the Kosovo Students Union. Additional experience as a Sales Assistant/Cashier at Inditex and as President of the Students Council of FMNS highlighted strong customer service and leadership skills. Florian holds a Bachelor's degree in Geography from the University of Prishtina.
