Lashaunda King McNeil

LaShaunda King McNeil, Ph.D., serves as Senior Director in R&D for Procter & Gamble, leading initiatives in Global Science & Bioactives and Olay Packaging Platform since January 2006. Previous positions at Procter & Gamble include Senior Director of Olay Product Development & Packaging Innovation, and various roles in Global Skin Care and Beauty Technology Division, where technology development was a key focus. LaShaunda's early career features postdoctoral research at the University of Illinois at Chicago and The University of Chicago, with a focus on Alzheimer's disease.
