Mark Charles

Mark Charles has a strong background in law and engineering, with extensive experience in managing global legal matters for major corporations such as Procter & Gamble. Mark has worked in various roles, including as a Senior Director and Associate General Counsel for procurement and technology transactions. Mark has also served as the lead deal lawyer for international divestitures and managed patent portfolios and enforcement efforts. Mark holds a J.D. from Duke University School of Law, an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University Pratt School of Engineering, and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
