Dragan Mitrovic has worked in a variety of roles in the business sector since 1999. Dragan's career began with a Manager role at Capri's Italian in 1999, followed by a Manager role at Diplon Aluminum and Metals (ENBM) in 2007. In 2008, they took on the role of Assistant General Manager at China Trade Center (CTC). The following year, they worked as a Consultant at Kloepfel Consulting and as an Independent Consultant. In 2010, they were a Project Manager/General Manager at Kolbis meat industry. From 2011 to 2018, they worked at Termotehnika ADS, where they held the role of Managing Director. During their time there, they were responsible for creating a new market strategy for the energy sector and reorganizing, analyzing, and planning the company's strategic and restructuring plans. Dragan was also in charge of international projects on power plants in Bosnia, Montenegro, and Iron Gate I. In 2018, they began working at Proctorio as the COO and Director of European Operations.
Dragan Mitrovic attended Lander University from 2000 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science with a double major in Economics and Finance and Computer Networking and Telecomunication. From 2004 to 2005, they attended Hochschule Mainz - University of Applied Sciences and earned a degree in Business Administration with a focus in International Business.
