Ankita Pate

Ankita Pate is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in managing human resources and administration. Currently serving as Manager HR & Administration at Procurant since October 2018, Ankita focuses on process and policy creation along with talent management and employee assimilation through rigorous evaluations. Prior to this role, Ankita held the same title at SensorThink from July 2017 to October 2018, with similar responsibilities in establishing foundational HR processes. Ankita's earlier experience includes serving as Senior HR at Drivedge from July 2012 to June 2017, where responsibilities encompassed policy formulation, recruitment cycle management, organizational structuring, and performance appraisal development. Starting the career as Associate Consultant at Atyaasaa Consulting Private Limited from August 2011 to April 2012, Ankita managed training interventions and collaborated with leadership to design effective organizational training solutions. Ankita holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Smt. Hiraben Nanavati Institute and a BSc in Hotel Management from IHM Mumbai.
