Marie Yatco

Marie Yatco serves as Vice President of Customer Experience at Procurify since December 2021, following a role as Senior Director of Customer Experience. Prior to Procurify, Marie held the position of Head of Customer Success at MediaValet Inc. from February 2020 to December 2021, where the company specializes in cloud-based digital asset management. Marie's experience spans over a decade at Vision Critical, beginning as an Account Manager and advancing to Director of Customer Success, contributing to the development of a customer intelligence platform that engages users for ongoing insights. Earlier career roles include Brand Coordinator at Karacters Design Group/DDB Canada and Account Services Intern at DDB. Marie holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Political Science from the University of British Columbia, complemented by education at the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
