Alena Urruzmendi

Alena Urruzmendi has a diverse work history, beginning with their role as a Host/Trainer at Taco Mac in 2010. Alena then moved on to Georgia State University in 2012, where they were a Student Administrative Assistant. That same year, they began working at Typeworks Ltda. as an Administrative Assistant. In 2014, they joined Onepath LLC, where they have held a variety of roles, including Product Implementation Manager, Product Marketing Specialist, Project Coordinator, Office Manager, and Support Coordinator. In 2022, they began working at Insight Global as a Program Manager, responsible for the oversight and health of a portfolio of programs within the Managed Services Division. Alena also began working at Proda Technology as the Director of Business Operations.

Alena Urruzmendi obtained their Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Georgia State University between 2008 and 2012. In 2019, they obtained Dell Marking Specialist Credentials, Dell Sales: Core Client Credentials, SonicWALL Sales Accreditation, and SonicWALL Sales Engineer Accreditation from Dell EMC and SonicWall Inc., respectively. Alena also holds a Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) certification from the TEFL Institute.
