Malavika Sreejit

Malavika Sreejit is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources at Prodapt, Malavika has previously held multiple HR positions including Director and Associate Director at the same company. Prior to this, roles included Head of Engagement, Talent Management & Learning and Senior HR Business Partner at Standard Chartered Bank, as well as Head HR at Dun & Bradstreet. Malavika began the career at Satyam Computer Services Ltd. as an HR Business Partner and held the position of Assistant Manager HR at The India Cements Ltd. Malavika earned a Master’s in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Xavier Institute of Management & Entrepreneurship.
