Carina Mares

Carina Mares has been working at GRUPO PRODENSA since November 2011 in the Recursos Humanos department, where key responsibilities include defining, implementing, and aligning HR strategies focused on talent development, managing internal communications, and coordinating training initiatives. Important achievements include the reconstruction of the AT department, employee retention plans, and a reduction in turnover. Carina also has extensive recruitment experience from previous positions at OUT HELPING, Shore Consulting Group, and ManpowerGroup. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Universidad La Salle Bajío, various diplomas in project management and managerial skills from Universidad Iberoamericana León, a Master’s in Organizational Development, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad del Valle de Atemajac. Additional training includes the "7 Habits of Highly Effective People" course from Instituto Franklin Covey de México.
