Nontsikelelo Thamaga

Nontsikelelo Thamaga is a seasoned professional with experience in quality assurance and customer service. Currently serving as a Quality Assessor Specialist at Prodigy Finance since February 2022, Nontsikelelo previously held the role of Customer Service Representative at Amazon from September 2018 to December 2020. Nontsikelelo's career began at the City of Cape Town as a Graduate Student and included tutoring at the University of the Western Cape/Universiteit van Wes-Kaapland. Nontsikelelo has also worked as a Customer Service Representative at OLD Mutual Finance.
