Nithiyaa Pushpanathan

Nithiyaa Pushpanathan is the Director of Strategic Operations at Prodigy Education. Nithiyaa has over 6 years of experience in the field of education, with a focus on product management and strategy. Prior to joining Prodigy, Nithiyaa was a Product Manager at Thinking Capital, where they oversaw the strategy and partnerships for the company's financial products. Nithiyaa has also worked as an MBA Case Writer at Ivey Business School and as a Research Analyst at Western University. In their previous role as a Finance Intern at TelcoBridges, they were responsible for helping to secure financing for the company's telecommunications products.

Nithiyaa Pushpanathan has completed a mini-MBA in Executive Management from McGill University - Desautels Faculty of Management, a Bachelor's Degree in Finance with Honors Double Major in Finance and Political Science from Western University, and a Design Thinking Product certification from BrainStation. Nithiyaa also has a Diplôme d’Études Collégiales in Commerce & Women’s Studies from Vanier College.
