Tad Damato

Tad Damato has a long history of work experience, beginning in 2008 when they worked as an Equities/Bond Trader for Charles Schwab. Tad then moved on to Janus Capital Group in 2010, where they worked as an Internal Wholesaler. In 2012, they took a role as an Associate VP Capital Markets / Municipal Bond Trader at Investment Professionals, Inc. Tad then worked as a Bank Examiner at the Farm Credit Administration in 2013, followed by a role as a Commissioned Bank Examiner at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City in 2015. In 2018, they took on the role of Vice President, Commercial Lending at Bank of Colorado. Most recently, they have been working as both CFO and COO at Prodigy Resources, as well as Founder and Principal at Hamoa Ventures.

Tad Damato has a diverse educational background. Tad obtained a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2009. Tad then went on to earn a Bachelor of Business Administration from Colorado State University in 2010. In 2020, they began a Master of Business Administration program at the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Additionally, Tad holds certifications from FINRA, including a Series 63 and Series 7, as well as a Commissioned Bank Examiner certification from the Federal Reserve Board.
