Paco Lebron is both an exemplary leader and an excellent role model. Lebron joined the Hispanic Alliance for Career Change (H.A.C.E.) in September 2015 as an at-large member until his Vice-President appointment to the H.A.C.E. Young Professionals in July 2016. Negocios Now recognized him as a ‘Latino 40 Under 40’ in 2016 for his leadership in the information technology industry and community. In 2020, ProdigyTeks Inc. was ranked #4 out of 501 global MSPs by Channel Futures MSP 501.
Recently, Lebron was appointed Vice President of the West Loop Community Organization (WLCO), where he was previously the technology committee chair. Lebron leads the organization and coordination of small businesses in the area drawing resources and guiding leadership. He demonstrates his continued community support as an active member of the Pilsen Chamber of Commerce.
Currently, as CEO and Founder of ProdigyTeks Inc., a privately held information technology services firm established in February of 2013, Lebron guides a dedicated team of leaders and experts to support his mission. Located in the West Loop of Chicago, the firm is committed to providing underserved small businesses with high-quality service and support.
Lebron holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering Technology from DeVry University. He currently co-hosts MSP Unplugged, a live, weekly podcast for aspiring entrepreneurs in the information technology industry. Lebron’s mission is to help small businesses and entrepreneurs increase revenue, reduce costs and expand within their respective market share. In addition, Lebron is co-founder of TechCon Unplugged, a dedicated national multi-day summit for information technology industry leaders, small businesses, and entrepreneurs of all scales to network and build business strategies.
