Michael J. Babcock

Michael J. Babcock is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and account management. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success at ProduceDesk since May 2020, Michael has also held the position of Account Executive at DeGroot Logistics since July 2018. Prior to these roles, Michael was the President of Chicago Marketing Northwest from 2017 to May 2018 and served as the President of Summit Management Group Inc from May 2016 to 2017. Michael began a career as a Location Specialist at Cartridge World North America from May 2014 to July 2015. Michael holds a degree in Journalism and Creative Writing from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, obtained between 2010 and 2014.
