Hudson White has had extensive experience in various leadership roles throughout their career. Hudson began as the Director of Finance at American Medical Centers in 1993, managing administrative and financial staff at a Moscow-based outpatient clinic. From there, they moved on to positions at North American Trust Company and Laurentian Bank, gaining experience in corporate lending and financial planning and analysis. In 1997, Hudson became a Strategic Consultant at ING DIRECT Canada, where they developed a successful business case for launching the company's direct banking venture in the USA. Hudson then joined ING DIRECT USA in 1999 as CFO, leading the company to become one of the largest banks in the US before its acquisition by Capital One in 2012. After leaving ING DIRECT, Hudson held leadership positions at Gladewater National Bank and DirecTex Holding Corp, where they oversaw business development, operations, and regulatory compliance. Most recently, they served as CFO at Producers Midstream, LP and as Director at MapleMark Bank. Throughout their career, Hudson has demonstrated a strong track record in driving growth, improving earnings, and implementing successful strategies.
Hudson White pursued their education starting in 1983 at Texas A&M University. Hudson graduated in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics. Following this, they attended the University of Texas at Tyler for their MBA from 1990 to 1992. In 1992, they enrolled at the Thunderbird School of Global Management, specializing in International Finance, and completed their Master of International Management (MIM) degree in 1993.
