Francisco Diazluna

Francisco Diazluna has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Francisco is currently a member of the Forbes Technology Council, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the CIO at Producers National Corporation starting in 2021. From 2019 to 2021, they served as the Assistant Vice President and Region Head - Insurance at Coforge, where they were responsible for building the organization's claims practice capability and supporting the sales teams with solution design.

Before that, Francisco held various roles at NIIT Technologies Limited from 2018 to 2019, including Enterprise Claims Architect and Duck Creek Solution Architect. In these roles, they worked on Duck Creek claims implementations and provided leadership and guidance to the technical team.

In 2018, they briefly worked at HUB International as the IT Integrations Director, leading the organization's Duck Creek practice and establishing their QA practice. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2018, Francisco was the President of their own company, Diazluna Corp. Francisco also worked at OMS National Insurance from 2007 to 2017, holding positions such as Vice President of Information Technology, Assistance Vice President of IT, Software Development Manager, Software Architect, and Senior Programmer.

In these roles, they were responsible for various technology-driven efforts, including infrastructure, networking, operations, data warehousing, application support, development, and analysis. Francisco also provided expert advice on technology roadmaps, managed budgets, and mentored and led development teams.

Francisco Diazluna has a diverse education history. Francisco earned a degree in General Management from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, where they attended from 2010 to 2013 as an Executive Scholar. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Computer Sciences from Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua from 1993 to 1997. Francisco also holds an Associate degree in Business Administration and Management from CETIS 86, where they studied from 1990 to 1993. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications in the Duck Creek Claims System and Duck Creek Policy System from Duck Creek Technologies in 2014.
