Jessica started their career as a Customer Service Representative at TD before transitioning into the field of Human Resources. Jessica held various HR roles at Pharmascience, EVO Canada, and SEPHORA before joining Product Madness as the Senior Manager of People & Culture for the Americas. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources Management from Concordia University.
