Danielle Wood

Danielle Wood is currently serving as the Chair at the Productivity Commission since November 2023. Before this role, Danielle was the Chief Executive Officer at the Grattan Institute from August 2014 to December 2023. With a background in economics, Danielle has also held various positions at organizations such as the Economic Society of Australia and ACCC. Danielle has a strong educational background with degrees in Economics from the University of Melbourne and the University of Adelaide. Danielle is also the National Chair and co-founder of the Women in Economics Network, dedicated to supporting and advancing the careers of female economists in Australia.
