Monica Altamirano

Monica Altamirano currently serves as the Directora de Transformación Organizacional at Productos Alimenticios DIANA since January 2014, where responsibilities include co-designing and supporting the company’s strategy alongside the executive committee, ensuring the execution of change initiatives under a comprehensive methodology for achieving both short-term and long-term results. Prior to this role, Monica held the position of Gerente Regional de Desarrollo Organizacional at SABMiller from December 2009 to December 2013, and worked as a Consultora de Gestión de Talento at PricewaterhouseCoopers from August 2006 to December 2009. Additional experience includes a role as Consultor Senior in Advisory at Citi in 2005 and as an Analista de Selección de personal in the same year. Monica holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Dirección de Negocios from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica and a degree in Psychology from Universidad Dr. José Matías Delgado.
