Sohil Kothari

Sohil Kothari has worked in various roles in the IT industry since 2005. Sohil began their career as a PeopleSoft Consultant at Xceltech in 2005. In 2006, they moved to Collabera as a Lead Technical Recruiter. In 2008, they joined Software International Inc. as a Business Development Manager. Sohil then moved to Penntex Group LLC in 2010, where they held the same role. In 2012, they joined PCB Apps, Inc. as Director -- Business Development (Professional Services). In this role, they specialized in JD Edwards implementation/upgrade projects, training, sales management, and relationship management. In 2014, they began freelancing as a Consultant, and also founded Prodware Solutions LLC, where they serve as Founder and Managing Partner. In this role, they are responsible for leading and directing the company-wide Staffing Operations, creating and implementing processes and procedures to improve overall efficiencies, and driving service and staffing consultants delivery.

Sohil Kothari received their Masters in Computer Science from the University of Northern Virginia - Annandale in 2008. Prior to that, they attended Infant Jesus School for their high school education.
