Massimo Caroli

Massimo Caroli is an experienced project manager with a strong background in engineering and project leadership. Currently serving as Project Manager at Proeco Srl since July 2022, Massimo previously held the position of Proposal Leader at CMIT-Europe Ltd. from January 2019 to July 2022. Prior to that, a decade-long tenure at Tozzi Sud spa included roles such as Integrated Building Proposal Manager and O&M Contract Manager for a 25MW Biomass Power Plant. Earlier career experience includes positions at Benelli Ravenna, where Massimo progressed from Project Engineer to Project Manager, and a brief role as Software Engineer at Fores Engineering. Massimo holds a Laurea in Ingegneria Elettronica from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, completed in 1995.
