Christian Sureta

Christian Sureta has over 22 years of experience in technical support and consulting, currently serving as a Support Consultant at Professional Advantage since September 2007. Prior to this role, Christian held various positions at Microsoft, including Support Technical Lead for Dynamics RMS and Technical Support Engineer, from June 2004 to September 2007. Christian's career also includes a tenure at Sykes as Operations Team Manager and Technical Support Engineer from November 2001 to June 2004. Christian earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Mapúa University, completing the degree in 2000.
