Marsha Kaufmann is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in contract negotiation and regulatory compliance within various sectors. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel - Contracting and Contracts Counsel at Professional Case Management since March 2021, Marsha Kaufmann specializes in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements while advising business leaders on legal issues.
