Sean Loughlin has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Sean is currently serving as the SVP Global Brand, Digital & Social at the Professional Fighters League (PFL), where they are responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy and leading the organization's digital and social media growth and revenue strategy. Sean oversees the marketing strategy that has resulted in a 45% year-over-year audience growth on ESPN/ESPN+. Additionally, they are in charge of the content and digital social strategy that has contributed to a 72% growth across PFL's social media channels, reaching over 8 million followers.

Prior to their role at PFL, Sean worked at Barstool Sports as the Vice President of Production, where they supervised all content production and streamlined the overall workflow of the digital video department. Sean managed multiple projects simultaneously and utilized their technical expertise and connections to bring them to life.

Before Barstool Sports, Sean held various positions at MLB Network/NHL Network. Sean started as a Coordinator Producer, overseeing nightly game highlights for MLB.com and managing highlight producers and editors. Sean later advanced to the role of Supervisor/Segment Producer, where they assembled summaries of all highlight packages posted on MLB.com.

Sean also has experience working at ESPN, where they served as a freelance Bureau Producer, and at NFL Media as a Segment Producer. Sean began their career as an Associate Producer at ESPN and B-Train Films before working as a Team Video Assistant for the New York Jets.

Throughout their career, Sean has demonstrated strong leadership skills, exceptional project management abilities, and a talent for driving growth and audience engagement through digital and social media strategies.

From 1999 to 2003, Sean Loughlin attended Ithaca College and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Television and Radio.
