Elise Allison possesses extensive experience in safety management and technical expertise across various roles in the field. Currently a Technical Expert at Pro2Serve since October 2010, Elise provides support for the Portsmouth Decontamination and Decommissioning Project, focusing on contract transitions, asbestos characterization, and job hazard analysis. As the Owner of PLM Futures, LLC since 2005, Elise manages residential and commercial real estate investments. Previous positions include Vice President of Programs at TPMC, ESH&Q Manager at Theta Pro2Serve Management Company, and Director at PrSM, overseeing health and safety projects for the Department of Energy Complex. Earlier experience includes roles as a Technical Staff Member with the University of California at Los Alamos National Lab and as an Industrial Hygienist at Emilcott. Elise holds a Master of Science in Safety Management from Missouri State University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Hygiene from Ohio University.
