Lee Ratliff

Lee Ratliff has extensive work experience starting in 2000 as the Founder and subsequently the Founder/CEO of Professional Security Services. In 2016, they became a Board Member (Volunteer) for the City of Charlotte Civil Service Board, where they played a key role in evaluating and potentially approving new applicants for employment, promotions, and demotions in the Fire and Police departments. Lee also conducted hearings for termination cases and employee charges. Lee'stenure with the Civil Service Board ended in 2019.

From 1995 to 1999, Lee Ratliff attended Gardner-Webb University, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections.
