Lee Friedlander, a Project Management Professional (PMP), has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Lee started their career in 1990 as a Radioman/Teletype Repair at the US Navy. From there, they held various roles such as Telecommunications Specialist, Chief of the Watch, Network Administrator, USS Winston S Churchill Information Systems Manager, and Network Administrator for NATO Landsouth HQ.
In 2001, Friedlander became the Network Administrator for the Joint Conflict and Tactical Simulations (JCATS) 3-dimension Force on Force training model. Lee was responsible for the upgrade and configuration of deployable networks and also developed the first-ever Joint Command Deployable Communications Unit (DCU).
In 2007, Friedlander served as the Departmental Manager at the Network Engineering and Fleet Support Division of the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic (SPAWARSYSCEN LANT). In this role, they led a team of 50 Local Area Network (LAN) administrators and implemented training programs to address competency gaps.
From 2012 to 2019, Friedlander held the position of Command Master Chief/Program Manager on the USS Halyburton, where they ensured operational procedures aligned with the organization's strategic mission. Lee also served as the Program for Afloat College Education, Business Professor during this time.
In 2014, Friedlander attended the United States Army Sergeants Major Academy as one of the six U. S. Navy Senior Enlisted members. Afterwards, they became the Installation Command Master Chief/Program Manager at the Naval Weapons Station Yorktown.
In 2020, Friedlander worked as a Senior Project Manager at RFK Solutionz Corporation, where they managed projects from business case to closure, engaged with stakeholders, and delivered global results.
In 2021, they took on the role of Cyberspace Project Manager at the NATO Allied Command Transformation (ACT), responsible for coordinating and consulting project workflows with multi-national teams in support of NATO's future Cyberspace Domain.
Currently, Friedlander serves as a Program Manager at Professional Software Engineering, Inc. (PROSOFT), overseeing ten programs and providing network management guidance to ensure successful completion of schedules and cost objectives.
Throughout their career, Friedlander has demonstrated expertise in project management, network infrastructure, training, cybersecurity, and program leadership.

In 2011, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on project management/leadership from Excelsior University. In 2018, they further enhanced their skills in computer/information technology administration and management by acquiring certifications such as CompTIA A+, Net+, Sec+, MTA (Security, Networks and Client), ITIL, ICND1 and 2 from New Horizons Computer Learning Center in Jacksonville, Florida. Earlier, from 2007 to 2010, Friedlander earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in computer/information technology administration and management from American Military University. Currently, they are pursuing a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, which they are expected to complete in 2023. Additionally, they have engaged in various professional development courses, including CompTIA Project+, ITIL V4, CompTIA IT Operations Specialist CIOS, CompTIA Network+ ce, CompTIA Secure Infrastructure Specialist CSIS, CompTIA Cloud+, and CompTIA Cloud Admin Professional CCAP.
