Esther Johnson-Jackson

Esther Johnson-Jackson is an experienced program manager currently working at ProSoDel since December 2022, with a diverse background in leadership roles across various organizations. Previous positions include Chief Executive Officer at RMJ Consulting from May 2022 to March 2023, and Assistant Director at the United States Department of Veterans Affairs from November 2018 to June 2022. Esther has a strong consultancy background, exemplified by work on the FDA's Organizational Assessment Initiative and projects with the New York Academy of Sciences. Additional experience includes managing a multi-million dollar Department of Defense contract for the SECO program, and serving as the National Director for the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Job Corps.
