User Experience Researcher at Profi

Anastasiia Pozdniakova has over five years of work experience. In 2022, they began working as a User Experience Researcher for Profi. In 2021, they became a UX Designer volunteer for Seattle Sun Seeker, where they conducted user research, competitive audits, created wireframes and Hi-fi prototypes in Adobe XD, tested designs with users, analyzed results of usability studies, adjusted designs according to the findings, communicated and presented design decisions to the team, and brainstormed new design ideas on weekly meetings. In 2020, they worked as an English Second Language Teacher. From 2016 to 2021, they worked for MasterIELTS, first as a Design and Promotion Manager, where they developed marketing strategies, designed promotional banners, email newsletters, stories, and posts for social media and the website, and designed and built a new website for the company. Anastasiia also worked as an IELTS Trainer and Curriculum Designer, where they were responsible for conducting group lessons of IELTS preparation, preparing necessary materials for the lessons, addressing students' needs and concerns, following their progress, and encouraging them to take IELTS after the preparation course. In addition to tutoring, their duties included designing and developing preparation courses for students of different levels of English.

Anastasiia Pozdniakova obtained their Master's degree in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor from South Ural State University (SUSU) between 2008 and 2013. Anastasiia also holds certifications in UX research, design, and user experience principles from Google and the University of Michigan, obtained between 2019 and 2021.
