JOÃO MARQUES

João Marques has extensive work experience in the field of cybersecurity. JOÃO is currently employed at Proficio, where they hold the position of Lead Threat Analyst. JOÃO has been with Proficio since 2019 and has held various roles, including Senior Analyst, Advanced Threat Analyst, and Security Analyst II. Prior to joining Proficio, João worked as a Cybersecurity Analyst at Cipher for a brief period in 2019. JOÃO also gained experience as a Junior Security Analyst at Dognædis from 2017 to 2019. Earlier in their career, João worked as a Researcher at Universidade do Porto, where they were involved in a project focused on the design and implementation of a cloud computing provider platform. João Marques obtained a Master's degree in Information Security from Universidade do Porto between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, between 2007 and 2012, they pursued a degree in Computer Science from the same university.
